First Finance is the South Wales practice of a commercial finance brokerage with more than three decades of experience placing business and property funding. We are a member of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers and authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority as a credit broker.
Working from our Cardiff office, we deal with clearing banks, challenger banks, building societies, specialist lenders, bridging houses and private funders. Because we are independent, we are not pushing one lender’s product. We are looking for the one that fits.
Most of the businesses we help have already been turned down somewhere, or have been told their case is too complicated. Often it is not. It has simply been put in front of the wrong lender.
